Willistown Priorities

Open Space Preservation

Willistown’s open fields, woodlands, and streams define the very character of our community — and they deserve protection. I am committed to preserving these natural landscapes. Having worked in state government on large-scale budgeting and funding initiatives, I understand how to partner with land trusts, county planners, and conservation programs to protect open space without increasing the burden on local taxpayers. Our natural environment isn’t just part of Willistown’s charm — it safeguards our water, supports wildlife, and enhances quality of life for generations to come.

Local Sewer Control

We must keep our sewer system under local control to ensure fair rates, responsive service, and smart long-term planning. In my work on the Willistown Sewer Committee, I’ve seen what happens when local assets are turned over to private entities — rates rise, and residents lose their voice. As Supervisor, I’ll fight to maintain control of our sewer infrastructure so decisions remain accountable to the people who live here. With my experience managing multi-billion-dollar public budgets, I’ll bring that knowledge to Willistown to ensure that our township plans for future maintenance and capacity needs prudently.

Fiscal Stewardship

Taxpayers deserve a township that budgets responsibly and plans ahead. I will prioritize transparency, accountability, and efficiency in every financial decision. My experience helping to craft Pennsylvania’s annual $45 billion state budget has given me a strong understanding of how to stretch every dollar while still investing in core services. As Supervisor, I will ensure Willistown remains financially stable by identifying savings, maintaining healthy reserves, and making strategic investments that strengthen our community’s long-term future.

Leverage State & Federal Funding

Willistown shouldn’t leave money on the table. As someone who has worked directly on allocating state and federal funding across Pennsylvania, I know where to find resources — and how to secure them. I will actively pursue every available grant, partnership, and funding opportunity to bring more resources into our community for infrastructure, roads, parks, and public safety. My background gives me the know-how to connect Willistown with state programs that deliver real results — without placing additional strain on local taxpayers.

Board Transparency

Trust in local government begins with openness. I will work to make township decisions more accessible, ensuring residents know how and why choices are made. That means improving communication, publishing clear updates, and making meetings easier to follow and attend. In my state government career, I’ve seen firsthand how transparent processes lead to better outcomes and stronger community engagement. Willistown residents deserve a board that listens, explains, and works in full view of the people it serves.

Walkability

Improving walkability should start — and stop — with community demand. In Willistown, many residents in the northern section of the township have expressed a clear desire for safer walking routes, and I believe we should focus our efforts there. I do not support building “sidewalks to nowhere” or projects that don’t reflect neighborhood priorities. Instead, I will support targeted, resident-driven improvements — sidewalks, trails, or crossings — only where they’re truly needed and requested. With my experience in coordinating infrastructure funding at the state level, I’ll ensure these projects are planned smartly, funded responsibly, and consistent with Willistown’s character.
